Atelier Ferraro´s works have been selected to participate
Italy: A New Collective Landscape
HKDI Gallery - Hong Kong Design Center
The work and ideas of one hundred Italian designers under 35, selected from an open call to which nearly four hundred young designers responded. The exhibition Italy: A New Collective Landscape, which opened in Italy at the ADI Design Museum in Milan from April 4 to Sept. 10, 2023, opens at the Hong Kong Design Center on Jan. 18 and will run through May 19.
The museum will exhibit 3 variations of the “Max +1.5 Celsius” lounge chair, which was awarded
with the special mention of the Salone Satellite Award 2022.

“INTER NOS” group show, Via S. Marco, 1, 20121 Milano
’INTER NOS’’ is a group show signed exclusively for the gallery by Alessandra Baldereschi, Atelier Ferraro and Vincenzo Oste.
Thin metal sheets captured in perfect stillness by a strategically placed hidden fastening
system create the magic of the “SUPERLIGHT” series. The unusual elegance of this motionless
choreography is revealed through laser-cut openings and lateral gaps. “Superlight n.1 ” dining table, “Superlight n.2 ” console.

"Atelier Ferraro has created an original design that turns furniture waste into a seating solution.

The chair combines two equally fundamental approaches to sustainable design: recycling of discarded materials (in this case particle boards from furniture production) and the ability to adapt to users' ever-changing needs.

The modular design of the piece allows it to be adapted into different configurations such as a children's chair, a coffee table or expanded into a chaise lounge."
